Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Three Peas In A Pod Children's Boutique. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Processing Time

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders are reviewed, verified, and handed off to our fulfillment team or supplier before they ship.

Standard orders: 1–3 business days
Supplier-fulfilled (dropship) orders: 2–5 business days, depending on supplier availability and location. Some items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse; processing time may vary by supplier.
Pre-order items: Processing begins once the item is in stock. Estimated availability is noted on the product page. Pre-order fulfillment timelines are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States. Transit times shown are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.

Economy Shipping: Estimated transit time varies by carrier and destination. This is our most affordable option and is suited for non-urgent orders.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days in transit after processing.
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days in transit after processing.
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders. Free shipping is fulfilled via Economy or Standard service at our discretion. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via the following carriers. International transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

USPS International: Transit times vary by destination and service level selected at checkout.
DHL Express: Estimated 2–5 business days in transit after processing, depending on destination country.

Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We are unable to predict or control customs processing times or fees.

Collective Carrier Service

Some orders may be fulfilled through our Collective Carrier Service, which aggregates shipping across multiple supplier partners. Transit estimates for these orders follow the same ranges as our Standard Shipping option. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments on the same order unless otherwise noted at checkout.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates for pre-order items.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control. Supplier-dependent orders may occasionally experience longer processing or transit windows. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
